Selena Warner is a Navajo Silversmith from Gallup, NM. She has been perfecting her craft since 1995. Her favorite projects are multi-colored necklaces and multi-stone earrings which incorporate spiny oyster shell and various types of turquoise. Selena taught herself how to shape stones.
She also incorporates old fashioned Navajo silversmithing techniques into her jewelry. She was learning from her father-in-law and master jeweler, Harry Morgan, before he passed away. Much of her work is made with silver that she rolls herself. She puts a satin finish on every piece to give it an antique appearance.
